W&B Service Company LP announced that Tracey Maynor has been named president and chief operating officer. John Chisolm, the owner of W&B Service Co, will remain as the company's chief executive officer. Maynor most recently was VT Hackney's COO.

Total Truck Parts Inc has added two managers. Dale Haywood, who served in several positions with this company and its predecessor companies since 1981, will become manager of government sales. Leo Cordeiro, who served in several positions with this firm and its predecessor companies since 1987, is the new general manager.

Utility Equipment Leasing Corporation (UELC) has appointed Virgil Akin as manager of its Fort Worth TX service center, serving the entire southwestern region including Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. He served most recently as operations manager and account manager for Performance Truck in Rosenberg TX, a Kenworth dealer.

Joe DeCarlo has joined Main Steel Polishing Company Inc, a Shale-Inland company, as its vice-president of stainless marketing. For the past six years, he was the senior product manager for Yarde Metals, Reliance Company, where he purchased all stainless sheet and plate.
