Charts Detail Ride of Tartan Upper Couplers

Tartan Transportation Systems Inc offers two new engineering charts that summarize the ride performance of its line of air-ride upper couplers for semitrailers. They demonstrate the ride improvement created by the air-ride upper couplers even on a truck already equipped with axle air-ride suspensions. The graphs contrast the trailer ride characteristics for a full air-ride rig with and without the benefit of the CRK 20 air-ride upper coupler. The independent engineering test firm that conducted the over-the-road tests presents the results both in terms of acceleration and power spectral density.
