Austin Hardware and Supply Acquires Thomas Hardware

Austin Hardware and Supply Inc (Kansas City MO, Dallas TX, and Atlanta GA) has acquired Thomas Hardware (Reading PA, Elkhart IN, Atlanta GA, and Visalia CA). Thomas has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Austin Hardware & Supply and will continue operations from facilities in Pennsylvania, Indiana, Georgia, and California. Austin Hardware and Supply also will continue operations from facilities in Missouri, Texas, and Georgia.
The two companies have more than 90 years of combined experience as wholesale stocking distributors of standard and specialized items for the transportation and metal fabrication industries.
