ArvinMeritor signs license agreement with Raydan

Raydan Mfg Inc has signed a licensing agreement with ArvinMeritor Inc's Commercial Vehicle Systems business group for selected models of the Air Link rear tandem suspension product line.
This agreement begins a long-term global collaboration between the two companies. It authorizes ArvinMeritor to market, engineer, and manufacture the Air Link product line up to and including 52,000-lb gross tandem weights for commercial truck, trailer, specialty, and military OEMs. Raydan will engineer, manufacture, and market the rear Air Link for crane chassis, custom retrofit, and all applications above 52,000-lb gross tandem weight, and retain all rights to the Air Link for tandem front end applications.
Raydan will continue to manufacture the Air Link from its Alberta, Canada, facility, including all product distributed by ArvinMeritor during the next 12 to 18 months. All engineering, marketing, product planning. and sales activities for Air Link applications specified within the agreement will be managed from ArvinMeritor's Troy MI headquarters.
