Falding Capital Group has purchased American Cargo Corp. Based in Goshen IN, American Cargo manufactures high-cube and dry freight delivery bodies for commercial users. Falding also owns and operates Cannon Equipment, a truck equipment distributor; and Eagle Industrial Truck, a chassis manufacturer.
