Air Link demand spurs Raydan's expansion

Aug 1, 2004 12:00 PM

Raydan Mfg Inc is expanding its chassis modification division and opening of a new tandemization facility. This is in response to increased demand for the Edmonton, Alberta, Canada-based company's Air Link suspension system and other services.

“We have reached maximum operating capacity at our Nisku facility, and in addition to the 6,000-square-foot facility we recently acquired, we are constructing a 12,000-sq-ft building on our present site,” said Ray English, president and chief executive officer at Raydan. “Demand for the tandem rear Air Link has also greatly increased, and we've responded by increasing our engineering staff and adding a second shift on the production line. The larger building will also alleviate the need for additional storage space and incorporate room for updated paint and packaging components.”
