Old Dominion Freight Line opens new service center

Chuck Powell, vice-president of the Pacific Northwest region for Old Dominion Freight Line Inc, announced the opening of a new service center in Eugene OR. The 20-door facility is on a two-acre site at 32160 Old Highway 34 in Tangent OR.

According to Powell, the Eugene Service Center will begin operations under the leadership of terminal manager Quinn Ransom, who will direct a staff of 10.

“The opening of the Eugene Service Center will help to improve coverage in the Salem, Eugene, Corvallis, and Springfield areas,” said Powell.
