William J Bresnahan, president of Hynes Industries since 1989, has assumed the title of lead director and will also serve as sales and marketing manager for the company's FlexAngle Division. Donald R Golding has been appointed the new president and chief executive officer of Hynes Industries. Most recently, he has served as a consultant and advisor to a variety of small and mid-size, closely and family-held manufacturing companies.
