Hyva Group has appointed Guy A Vachon as the new managing director of Hyva Corporation in the United States. His experience has been developed with companies such as Hendrickson, Aurora Parts & Accessories, ArvinMeritor, and Federal-Mogul Corporation. Hyva Group has appointed Robert “Bob” Voss as western sales manager for Hyva Corp in the United States. He will be based in Dallas TX. His sales management and marketing experience has been developed with companies such as Reyco-Granning, Hayes Lemmerz, Watson & Chalin, and Utility Trailer Manufacturing.
Steve Hickerson was named as Peterson Manufacturing Company's new vice-president-finance. He joined Peterson as controller in 1993. Hickerson assumes the duties of Nick Auer, chief financial officer and vice president-finance, who announced his retirement after 26 years with the company. Auer will continue to serve in a consulting role as an independent contractor. Brian McMahon was promoted to corporate vice-president-human resources. He previously served as Peterson's director of corporate human resources. Allyn Leake joins the company as manager-heavy-duty sales. Leake comes to Peterson with some 24 years' experience in vehicular safety lighting. Ryan Eichhorn moves up as manager-OEM sales. Since joining Peterson in 2007, he has served as a field sales supervisor in the Heavy Duty Division. Kevin Cornelius comes to Peterson's Maxi-Seal Harness Systems Division as engineering manager. He previously was employed by a safety lighting manufacturer.
Waltco Lift Corp has named Peter Collins vice-president of sales and marketing. Collins most recently served as vice-president of sales for Ultron Lift Corp of Buffalo NY, where he was responsible for all sales activities in Canada.
Firestone Industrial Products Company LLC has named Michael Sigillito as its new sales and marketing director. Most recently, he was director of retail, channel, and Canadian marketing for Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations. Emily Poladian and Mark Hilburger also have joined the Firestone Industrial Products sales management team. Poladian has been named heavy-duty distributor sales manager. Most recently, she was senior sales engineer for original equipment (OE) sales. Hilburger has been named heavy-duty OE sales manager. He most recently served as senior product engineer and senior sales engineer.
