Patricia Heidtman is now Sika Corp's vice-president- R&D responsible for the Madison Heights location for the Automotive and Industry Divisions. She previously was director of R&D and replaces Frank Hoefflin, who has taken a global role and will return to Switzerland. Stephen Davis joins Sika as R&D lab manager responsible for the Automotive and Industry Business Units in bulk elastomeric technologies. He spent more than a decade with Armacell LLC as a senior scientist and as manager-global R&D. Julie Sherman has also beeb named a Sika R&D lab manager, responsible for elastomeric technologies. She was previously R&D group leader. Succeeding her in that position is Leslie Wolschleger, who joined Sika in 2006 as a research scientist.
FORCE America Inc has appointed John Stenz president of distribution and manufacturing operations. He succeeds Gerry Budzien, who will remain as chief operating officer, a member of the board of directors, and an ESOP trustee. Stenz previously served as executive vice-president, leading the company's manufacturing divisions.
