Wolf integrates Fanuc ARC Mate Robots with SmartPositioners

Wolf Robotics now offers robotic arc welding cells featuring Fanuc ARC Mate Robots and Wolf SmartPositioners. The SmartPositioners are a complete family of positioner configurations in single- and multi-axis configurations available in sizes from 2,000- up to 100,000-kg capacities. The positioners offer full coordinated motion for integration with the Fanuc Robot. The Wolf Cell Control is also available to allow operators viewing of graphical work instruction displays (ie, welding cycle time history log, etc), and complete control of the welding cell from one location.
Wolf can now integrate Fanuc Robot ARC Mate models 100iC, 120iC, and 710iC featuring the R-30iA controller, into the robot system and control the robot, positioner, welding power source, and other peripheral equipment from the Wolf Cell Control.
