AMT — The Association for Manufacturing Technology has released the 2005-06 Economic Handbook of the Manufacturing Technology Industry.
This annual guide provides domestic and international data on the manufacturing technology industry. It is available to download at www.amtonline.org/ in both PDF and Excel formats.
The handbook encompasses product- and country-specific manufacturing technology data, as well as information on capital equipment purchases, by several major consuming industries. Domestic data covers areas such as employment, machine tool shipments, machine tools in use, and the financial condition of the industry.
