JBI, Blowtherm to merge

Michael Curran of the Curran Group, which owns JBI, and Carlos Pippa, president and chief executive officer of Blowtherm USA, announced that JBI, producer of industrial spray booths, and Blowtherm USA, which manufactures automotive and heavy-duty truck spray booths, have agreed to merge the two companies. The new corporation's name is Global Finishing Solutions.
