ESAB pledges 100% satisfaction to customers

In celebration of its 100th anniversary, ESAB Welding and Cutting Products North America is launching a new initiative. As of March 2005, ESAB will offer a pledge to its customers: 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. ESAB products already carry a warranty, but this will provide buyers additional reassurance that ESAB products will meet their expectations
The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to ESAB welding equipment, gas apparatus, handheld plasma machines, and filler metals. The guarantee is valid for 100 days from date of purchase.
ESAB has set up a special telephone number for customer assistance: 800-ESAB-123.
