Amerimax Acquires Transportation, Manufacturing Equipment From Newcourt

Amerimax Building Products, Inc. (Plano, TX) has acquired key transportation and industrial manufacturing equipment from Newcourt Inc, and hired Mel Court as a Senior Sales Representative focused solely on the transportation market.

For over 50 years, Amerimax has supplied value-added aluminum, steel, vinyl and laminated products for original equipment manufacturers, distributors, contractors and home centers.
