Omaha Standard announced that the Specialty Vehicle Manufacturing Division of GM Fleet & Commercial Operations has awarded the company a GM commercial truck pool which will be located on leased premises at Intercon Truck Equipment in Boothwyn, PA, outside of Philadelphia.
The stock of Chevrolet and GMC truck models in the pool will include 2500 and 3500 Silverado/Sierra Pickups, 3500, 4500, and 5500 Cab-Chassis, and Cutaway Vans. In addition to weekly updates sent to GM dealers in the Northeast, real-time pool truck inventory and pricing information will be available to dealers on the Omaha Standard chassis pool website. Available upfits to pool trucks will include service bodies, platform/stake bodies, dump bodies, hoists, toolboxes, liftgates, snow plows, ladder racks, and other accessories.
