Inland Kenworth, which has 22 Kenworth dealerships throughout British Columbia, the Yukon and the western U.S., has moved into a new facility in Albuquerque, NM, and opened a new parts and service location in Kelowna, BC.

Inland Kenworth, which has 22 Kenworth dealerships throughout British Columbia, the Yukon and the western U.S., has moved into a new facility in Albuquerque, NM, and opened a new parts and service location in Kelowna, BC.

The new Albuquerque dealership is located at Interstate 40 and Unser Road, between Exit 153 and 155.

“This new location continues the rapid growth we’ve seen throughout all of our U.S. operations in the past few years,” said Greg Sternberg, vice president of U.S. operations in Arizona and New Mexico. “Strategically located along I-40, the new building will be of easy access to truckers driving through Albuquerque and will be a one-stop shop for their repairs, parts and new sales.”

The new building is 40,000 sq. ft. on 8 acres. The use of a center drive-through service area provides for a cleaner shop in the high desert environment – allowing repairs to be done without the winds bringing dust and dirt inside, the company said.. Extensive computer diagnostics are used throughout the shop with everything from diesel particulate filter cleaning to major overhaul available. The shop also features a customer-friendly layout with easy access and parking.

Inland Kenworth has also opened a new location Kelowna.  The 10,000-sq.-ft. parts and service facility is located along British Columbia Highway 97.

“The Okanagan Highway is a major truck route connecting Kelowna with Vancouver,” said Rick Datoff, dealer manager for the new Kelowna shop. “Local customers in the construction and logging industries, as well as transient customers, will find this dealership easy to find and more convenient for drivers than traveling 54 kilometers north to Vernon or 62 kilometers south to Penticton for Kenworth parts and service support.”

Sitting on 2.6 acres at 2485 Ross Road, the new dealership has six service bays and will stay stocked with quality Kenworth proprietary and TRP all-makes parts.
