CSTK Inc., a diversified distributor of transportation, construction, communications equipment and related services, has retained Davidson Architecture & Engineering and Crossland Construction Company, Inc. to design and build a new 22,000-square-foot facility.

This all-new CSTK location will offer service and sales facilities for CSTK’s diverse lineup of products, including its primary line of Thermo King transport temperature control equipment. Additional products and services include trailer repair, and aftermarket parts and repair/installation services.  The Park City facility will replace CSTK’s current location in Wichita, Kansas, on 6350 North Broadway. The building project is set for completion in September 2016, with move-in tentatively scheduled for October 2016.

Located at 7915 Hartman Arena Drive and within close proximity of Interstate 135, CSTK’s Park City facility is minutes away from the previous location, and will be able to serve the entire Wichita, Kansas metropolitan area.

“CSTK evaluated several locations within the Wichita region to find a suitable site for the expanded facility,” said Michael Nelson, General Manager of CSTK’s Kansas and Oklahoma City locations. “With visibility from I-135 and proximity to other industrial businesses, the Hartman Arena Drive area best meets the needs of our growing customer base.”

The new Park City facility will include four service bays, as well as retail, parts, and service space. This location will continue to offer 24-hour emergency mobile service, local trailer pick-up and delivery, and parts delivery.

This new CSTK facility in Park City, Kansas is part of a larger company expansion. During the last two years, CSTK has added 38 service bays and over 130,000 square feet of combined sales and service space in three new locations. In addition to the Wichita region location, CSTK has completed new facilities in St. Louis, Missouri and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with renovated facilities in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. CSTK Kansas City has expanded with a dedicated facility for its JCB division, and a complete renovation is currently underway at the nearby Thermo King location.

“With the completion of the new Park City location, CSTK has invested over $25 million in new and renovated facilities,” said Michael Kahn, president and CEO of CSTK. “Our team is excited about CSTK’s recent growth, and we are looking toward more efficiently meeting our customers’ needs.”
