Alcoa Wheel Products is seeking a Central States Territory Manager in the Omaha, Kansas City or Dallas area to develop, recommend and execute an approved sales plan for his/her assigned territory which achieves volume, revenue, penetration and share levels consistent with the strategic objectives of Alcoa Wheel Products.
The primary responsibility of the Central States Territory Manager is to penetrate his/her OEM accounts at all levels to persuade them to specify and purchase Alcoa wheel products. Effectively utilizing Relating, Discovering, Advocating, and Supporting skills (CSP); Value Selling Alcoa’s broad product line including Dura-Bright®, Dura-Flange™, Wide Base, Severe Service wheels; superior polish, and Assurance of Supply in return for premium prices and share is a major expectation of this job.
This position requires a college degree and an excellent knowledge of the Company's wheel products, markets and sales policies.
