Maxon Lift Corporation, North America’s #1 privately held liftgate company and a worldwide manufacturing leader of hydraulic liftgates for the transportation industry has a great opportunity for goal oriented District Sales Managers.
We are looking for a District Sales Manager to be based in Florida with limited travel to Louisiana and Mississippi and another District Sales Manager for the San Francisco/Oakland territory.Under limited supervision, the District Sales Manager sells Maxon products including hydraulic liftgates to distributors and/or OEM’s; promotes product to end-users and leasing companies.
Qualifications: 5 or more year’s sales and industry experience. Knowledge of sales and business management as typically gained through a bachelor’s degree. Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Logix.Good relationship building and follow through skills.Excellent organizational, oral & written communication skills. Ability to close sales and achieve district sales targets. Ability to maximize profitability by adhering to sales guidelines and controlling sales expenditures. Must be able to work in an office; 20-75% travel may be required.
