Volvo Trucks Honors Westfall Odell Truck Sales

Volvo Trucks’ Parts Dealer of the Year Award for 2010 has been given to Westfall Odell Truck Sales of Kansas City, Missouri, which began operations in 1951 and is now the largest Volvo Trucks parts provider in the Midwest.
It offers 24-hour parts and service coverage and houses an extensive parts inventory in a 47,000-square-foot warehouse.
The award recognizes the accomplishments and performance of North America’s top parts organization. Dealers are selected based on sales growth, participation in Volvo’s Logistic Partnership Agreement inventory management program and Aftermarket Edge training program.
“It’s a pleasure to recognize the entire team at Westfall Odell Truck Sales for their outstanding achievement,” said James Chenier, Volvo Trucks vice president, aftermarket sales and marketing. “Driven by their constant focus on maximizing uptime, they continue to provide outstanding customer service through their accessibility, parts availability and knowledgeable service technicians.”
