GM redesigns web site for more efficiency

GM's web site, www.gmfleet.com, has been redesigned with new features for small-business owners, fleet managers, fleet management companies, government agencies, and special vehicle manufacturers.
The Vehicle Showroom section has enlarged exterior and interior vehicle photos for the 2006 model year. Also new are a listing of new and upcoming GM vehicle launches, the GMAC payment calculator, and the Fleet Tools ID request page.
A Fleet Discount Chart allows customers to understand discounts based on the number of business vehicles they have. The new Owner Center within the Small Business section provides customized vehicle information. A new site brochure provides a listing of gmfleet.com highlights and is available to download and print.
A feature called “Quick Answers” lets visitors complete a form and click the submit button, and a Fleet and Commercial Action Center specialist will respond promptly with a telephone call.
