“We are extremely proud of the tremendous success our Thomas Bus Sales of Georgia division has had over the last few years, resulting in all of the awards and the Platinum Certification status they received at this year’s Thomas Bus Dealer Meeting,” said Peach State Truck Centers CEO Rick Reynolds. “They are definitely providing a higher level of aftermarket support, solidifying our position as dealer of choice for school and commercial bus customers.”

Instituted by Thomas Built Buses, the Platinum Support program focuses on implementing lean concepts to continuously improve the customer experience. In order for a bus dealer to be certified as a Platinum Support Provider, they must meet 123 individual criteria in 24 different areas, standards that are certified by an independent third party and sustained by weekly audits.

“Our team worked very hard to gain Platinum Certification status for the Thomas Bus Sales of Georgia dealership, and it’s great that we received additional awards for our staff members at this year’s dealer meeting in Dallas,” said Thomas Bus Sales of Georgia General Manager Ken Lane. “We take pride in what we do and in the products that we sell and service. The future leaders of our country ride in these buses every single day and their safety is our number one priority.”
