Paccar wraps up German buy

Bellevue, WA-based Paccar Financial Services (PFS) - a subsidiary of global truck maker Paccar - has completed its acquisition of Truck Center Hauser GmbH in Germany.
“This acquisition accelerates the launch of the PacLease brand in Europe and sets the stage for rapid deployment in Germany and other European countries,” said Ron Armstrong, Paccar vp.
“PacLease Europe provides another benefit for our customers and will contribute towards DAF achieving its goal of 20% market share,” added Aad Goudriaan, president of European truck manufacturer DAF, another Paccar subsidiary. “With a proven team of finance and leasing professionals, PFS is constantly evaluating opportunities to offer expanded products to its customers as well as entering new finance and leasing markets.”
