Paccar acquires German firm

Bellevue WA-based Paccar Financial Services (PFS), a subsidiary of global truck maker Paccar, has completed its acquisition of Truck Center Hauser GmbH in Germany.
“This acquisition accelerates the launch of the PacLease brand in Europe and sets the stage for rapid deployment in Germany and other European countries,” said Ron Armstrong, vice-president with Paccar.
“PacLease Europe provides another benefit for our customers and will contribute towards DAF achieving its goal of 20% market share,” said Aad Goudriaan, president of European truck manufacturer DAF, another Paccar subsidiary.
