PACCAR Inc. (Nasdaq: PCAR) will put its next new manufacturing facility for one of its divisions in McKinney, Texas, with the deal slated to become finalized in the next few weeks, according to the Dallas Business Journal.
The McKinney Economic Development Corp. has reached an agreement to give PACCAR $3.3 million in economic incentives, including a land transfer valued at $1.1 million, for opening the division in McKinney.
The economic development agency values the new manufacturing facility and its related economic impact at over $20 million.
PACCAR plans to build a new 130,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at Wilmeth Road and Redbud Boulevard in Mckinney to accommodate its Dynacraft division.
