Navistar Defense Files M-ATV Protest Regarding Technicality in Evaluation Process

Apr 3, 2009 12:04 PM

Navistar Defense, LLC is in discussions with the government over a technicality in the evaluation of the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) All Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV) program. Obligated by regulations, Navistar was required to formalize its request for a review of the evaluation within a certain period of time.

"Navistar is dedicated to the warfighter and is in communication with all necessary parties to get the program back on track," said Archie Massicotte, president, Navistar Defense. "Our record in providing these types of vehicles is outstanding and we are confident that our M-ATV design is worthy of consideration."
