International’s Diamond Logic PowerPack 3 now available

International Truck and Engine Corporation announced the availability of the International Diamond Logic PowerPack 3, a first-to-market OEM innovation exclusive to International that offers ease of truck integration and “pure power on wheels.” The development of the product was first announced at the National Truck Equipment Association’s Work Truck Show in March.
Diamond Logic PowerPack 3 is built for customers that require a reliable power source when on a job site. A patented 3000-watt AC power system that exceeds Underwriters Laboratories’ standards is a factory-installed option on International® 4300, 4400 7300, 7400 and 7500 models. It enhances reliability, durability and security while offering drivers all the auxiliary power they need to get the job done on demand. It features a 5000-watt AC surge capability that helps start pumps and compressors. Diamond Logic PowerPack 3 is the latest in a series of innovations enabled by International’s exclusive Diamond Logic™ multiplexed electrical system.

International’s Diamond Logic multiplexed electrical system enables electronic integration of the various types of vocational equipment installed on work trucks. The system is completely flexible and expandable – with features and functionality that can easily be added, modified or removed at any time to meet specific application needs ranging from customizable truck and body integration needs to telematics, which is now called International Aware Vehicle Intelligence.
