Robert J. (Bob) Aquaro is vice president and co-owner of Tara Commercial Vehicle Consulting Services, Inc. located in Lake Placid, Florida. Bob is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and his company, Tara CVCS, Inc., is a member of the National Truck Equipment Association. He has been a frequent presenter at the Work Truck Show as well as the NTEA Product Conference, held in the fall of every year in Dearborn, MI. Bob has spent his entire career engaged in the commercial motor vehicle and contact engineering industries. Bob has worked in the capacity of vice president of product planning and development, presenter and trainer, counselor and consultant. In his own words, he has seen the “good, the bad and the ugly” in commercial vehicle applications over the years. Bob has recently retired as a member of the Visiting Committee of The Sattler School of Engineering, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at West Virginia University and has served proudly in the Second Armored Division, 66th Armored Regiment.
