Bill Shaffer started his career with Overseas Hardwoods Company in 1983 as a kiln drier operator. Since then, he worked his way up through the ranks of the company. He currently holds the title of vice president and is responsible for the operations, sales and marketing of Overseas Hardwoods. He holds a bachelor's degree and a masters in business administration from Springhill College in Alabama. Bill's goal is for Overseas Hardwoods to be capable of adapting quickly to meet the ever-changing demands of the trailer-flooring industry.
