Advance registration is open as of October 1, 2008, for the co-located 2009 World of Asphalt Show and Conference and the 2009 AGG1 Aggregates Forum & Expo. Attendees can register online at www.worldofasphalt.com or www.agg1.org. In addition to exhibits, attendees can register for the show's educational programming and obtain show hotel accommodations. The 2009 AGG1 and World of Asphalt will be held March 9-12, 2009, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. The shows will be the gathering place in 2009 for the aggregates, asphalt, pavement maintenance, and traffic safety industries.
Registering in advance (by February 6) saves 40 percent off the shows' registration fee. Attendees can also save by registering in advance for the World of Asphalt and AGG1 educational programming. A bonus for advance registrants (by February 6) is automatic inclusion in a special drawing to win exclusive Orlando prizes, with the drawing open to those 18 years or older.
More than 6,000 industry professionals from companies large to small are anticipated to attend the combined shows, and some 400 exhibitors are expected to take 100,000 net square feet of exhibit space. The exhibits will be complemented by extensive educational programming designed to meet industry needs.
Several product-focused exhibit pavilions will be featured at the co-located shows to make it easier for attendees and exhibitors to connect and discuss specific operational functions. A New Product and Technology Program will help attendees quickly find new products and services on the show floor.
