Workhorse Parts has completed an expansion of its warehousing operation in Reno NV that will improve its response time to West Coast customers. Workhorse Parts is the parts division of Grand Vehicle Works Holdings LLC, the holding company that owns Workhorse Custom Chassis, a manufacturer of platforms for recreational vehicles and walk-in trucks.

The warehouse in Reno now stocks the most frequently requested parts by dealers and service personnel. These parts represent more than 70% of all replacement part requests made to the company. Mike Mueller is the warehouse manager in Reno.

Workhorse maintains a 120,000-square-foot warehouse, call center, and management offices at its West Chicago IL location. Its hours of operation are 7 am to 6:30 pm CST, making it convenient for dealers on either coast. Product stocked in the Reno facility can be ordered for next day delivery to West Coast dealers up to 4 pm PST.
