This service provides remote diagnostics for MG cutting machines with a Global Control. It can provide programming assistance, operator training, and applications assistance. Software updates can also be performed remotely. Connection to Virtual Service can only be initiated by the machine operator, providing security for the end user. The connection is made over a secure HTTP connection to prevent unauthorized access.
Virtual Service uses an existing or new PC onsite at the machine's location to connect to the MG Virtual Service Center. Fiber optic cable eliminates the possibility of radio frequency noise damaging either the machine or the control.
