The Travis Trailer sidewall design is smooth, but not flat. Instead, the walls repeatedly curve in what the company calls its “Wave Design.”

The Travis Wave extrusion is wider than other smooth-side trailer extrusions. Each 12" hollow-core shape is 2.75" deep at its thickest point. It has two interior ribs, permitting the interior to be filled easily with an optional insulating material. Extrusion wall thicknesses are .155" inside and .090" outside.

Travis builds end dumps and live-floor trailers with the Wave Design extrusions, including sidewalls and rear tailgates. Travis Body & Trailer Inc, 13955 FM 529, Houston TX 77041.
