Wabash National Corp has announced the resignation of Mark R Holden, senior vice-president/chief financial officer, effective June 30, 2004. Holden has served in this position since October 2001. He also served as vice-president/chief financial officer and director of the Lafayette IN-based trailer manufacturer from May 1995 to October 2001, and in the office of the chief executive officer during 2001 and 2002.

International Truck and Engine Corp has appointed Thomas Baughman vice-president and general manager of the company's heavy-vehicle center. He replaces Jordan Feiger, who has accepted a new position within the company. Baughman most recently served as executive director of product development for Ford's Tough Truck Vehicle cluster.

Carlos Pacheco has been named managing director of Volvo Trucks de Mexico, effective Sept 1, 2004. He has served since 1999 as heavy-duty truck sales manager for Volvo do Brasil. Pacheco succeeds Carl Heikel, who will remain with Volvo in a position to be announced.

Charlie Luper has been appointed director of sales services at Autocar Truck. Previously regional sales manager for Autocar's Central Region, he will work out of the Hagerstown IN corporate offices. His replacement in the Central Region is Wayne Grundmeier, formerly account director with Heil Environmental Industry Ltd.

Jomac Ltd has added James Wickline as plant manager, a newly created position. He has more than 30 years of management experience with companies that produce truck bodies and trailers, aerial fire apparatus, commercial overhead doors, and loading dock equipment.

Spectra LLC and subsidiary Detroit Chassis LLC have appointed Charles E Kier Jr vice-president — strategic business development, a newly created position within these organizations. He formerly was director of strategic business development.

Seagrave Fire Apparatus has named Richard Kaelin vice-president of operations and general manager. A former National Football League player, he has a background in manufacturing and customizing heavy vehicles and trucks, as well as 22 years' experience in management at General Dynamics.
