Wabash National Corp has appointed Rod Ehrlich chief technology officer to pursue development of a 10-year, maintenance-free trailer. He formerly was Wabash National's senior vice-president of engineering.

Tom Cellitti has been promoted to vice-president and general manager of International Truck Group's Medium Truck Vehicle Center, while Michael Cancelliere will replace him as vice-president of International's Bus Vehicle Center. Cancelliere previously served as vice-president of North American sales.

Stellar Industries Inc has named Matt Schroeder to serve in its engineering department. He comes to Stellar from Iowa State University with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering.

Steve Hallas has been promoted to national sales manager for flatbed products at East Mfg. He has served as manager of new business development at East since 2001.

Kalyn Seibert has appointed Mark Appleman district sales manager. A graduate of Mount Union College with a degree in business administration, he will be responsible for the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.

Seagrave Fire Apparatus has named Creighton T Pritzlaff director of marketing for FWD/Seagrave. He served most recently as regional sales manager for Oshkosh Truck Corp.

Astoria Industries of Iowa has added Scott Jaynes to its sales team as an account manager. He brings more than 15 years of truck equipment sales experience to Astoria and will be covering the eastern United States.
