Vanguard National Trailer Corporation has announced the appointment of Charlie Mudd as president. He has more than 25 years of executive level experience with United States trucking and transportation equipment companies. Most recently he served as vice president of national sales for SkyBitz Inc.
Timpte Industries has appointed Dale D. Jones as president and chief operating officer. With more than 20 years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and marketing products in the agricultural and construction equipment industry, he most recently held the position of vice president and general manager for a manufacturer of construction and road building equipment.
Bill Stone has decided to retire in mid-May 2008 after 12 years at Brenner Tank Services. He came to Brenner in 1996 after many years in the tank trailer industry for the purpose of establishing the Services group. Rick Peterson is being promoted to president of Brenner. He has been with the company since November 2005 as vice president of purchasing and materials management. Harry Anderson has joined Brenner as director of supply chain management, coming to the firm from Alto Sham, a manufacturer of commercial food equipment, where he was manager of purchasing and logistics.
Omaha Standard recently hired Kyle Mallicoat as Southwest customer service representative, and he will be based in Council Bluffs IA. Mallicoat has prior experience with Fareway Stores Inc. in its management program.
