Daniel C Ustian, Navistar International Corporation chairman, president, and chief executive officer, has retired. The Navistar board of directors announced that Lewis B Campbell, former chairman, president, and CEO of Textron, will replace Ustian, who is also giving up his spot on the board of directors. Troy A Clarke, who joined the company in 2010 and was named president of Truck and Engine operations earlier in 2012, has been promoted to president and chief operating officer.

Great Dane has named Robert Maharrey as its new director of quality assurance. In the coming months, Maharrey will work with Great Dane's long-time quality director, Ron Gordy, and will assume responsibility for the company's quality programs after Gordy's retirement later in 2012. Maharrey has more than 20 years of experience in engineering and operations management, including 14 years with Lufkin Trailers. Roger Wilson, a Great Dane veteran of 31 years, has been promoted to Parts Distribution Center (PDC) general manager in Terre Haute IN, effective immediately. Since 2007, he has served as Great Dane Aftermarket Parts business development and national accounts program manager.

Arthur J Gajarsa has been elected to Supreme Industries Inc's board of directors. He recently retired after serving as a judge for the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, for which he was nominated in 1996 and confirmed by the US Senate Judiciary Committee in 1997. Since 1994, he has been a member of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute board of directors, and since 2011 has served as board chairman.
