Mack Trucks Inc named Bruce P Hollenbeck to the newly created position of vice president of strategic product programs in the Mack Product Portfolio Management organization. He led product planning activities at Mack for the past 15 years, including the complete renewal of the company's product range.

Beall Corporation has hired Rusty Watson as southern regional sales manager based in Nashville TN to establish a distributor network and call on major fleets from Texas to Florida. He has been in the trucking/transportation industry for more than 17 years and was previously with Fontaine Trailer Company.

Jack Klepinger of Wells Cargo retired February 27, 2009, after 27 years with the company. During his tenure, he built and ran three plants in Ogden UT, Phoenix AZ, and Carbondale PA. In 1992, Wells Cargo joined the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers, and in 1993 Klepinger became a member of the NATM board of directors. He has served the association continuously since then and has served on committees for the Society of Automotive Engineers. Klepinger served as co-chair of the Surge Brake Coalition as well as the Trailer Safety Industry Coalition. NATM awarded him the Bill Bernhardt Award for Outstanding Contributions to the Trailer Industry in 2002.

Patrick Collignon was named plant manager at Volvo Trucks North America's New River Valley Plant in Dublin VA. He assumed his new role in December 2008. From 2005 until taking on his current position, Collignon was general manager of Volvo Trucks' Ghent, Belgium, plant, Volvo's largest truck plant in Europe.
