Its reputation for customer service has helped Sterling increase sales in Class 6 — 7 by 32% and Class 8 by 11% in 2003. Sterling also received the highest overall ranking in the 2003 J D Power and Associates Medium-Duty Truck Customer Satisfaction Study.
