Steel Warehouse picks TN location for mill

Chattanooga TN has been selected by Steel Warehouse as the site for its fifth Temper Mill cut-to-length line operation. This new operation, which should be completed late in 2006 or in early 2007, will supply steel to meet the need for Temper Passed product in the southeastern United States. According to Steel Warehouse representatives, this Temper Mill will be one of the largest in the United States and will have the capability to handle 3/4"-thick steel in widths up to 100".
