A new National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) service that helps companies effectively manage the scope of industry changes will be introduced at the 42nd Annual Convention Feb. 28–March 3 in Atlanta, GA.

The Sales, Productivity, Earnings and Quality (SPEQ) Plan Manual will provide industry firms with a reference for core business practices and help them create a continuous improvement program. The Manual will also contain a business fundamentals section that provides an overview of planning, hiring and retaining employees, business succession and required regulations.

An important feature of this new resource is a CD containing training programs on key elements. This will allow companies to train their employees on various management topics, providing a higher level of knowledge and skill.
