The International Public Works Congress and Exposition, sponsored by the American Public Works Association (APWA), will be held Aug 24-27, 2003, at the San Diego (CA) Convention Center. This event is for those who sell products, services, and equipment that enable public works professionals to restore, construct, operate, and run the nation's cities.
More than 7,000 qualified attendees are expected, with more than 80% from populations over 100,000 and 90% with budgets of $5 million or more for public works purchases.
