For the second time in three years, Peterbilt tops the rankings of J D Power and Associates 2001 Medium Duty Truck Customer Satisfaction Study in the conventional medium-duty truck segment. The study is based on interviews with more than 2,000 owner/operators and fleet managers of two-year-old medium-duty trucks. The study analyzes satisfaction in five main areas: vehicle performance, vehicle downtime, drivetrain, design and styling, and warranty.
