NTEA MVP Adds Two Companies

Curry Supply Co (Curryville, PA) and Bristol-Donald Co Inc (Newark, NJ) have achieved NTEA Member Verification Program (MVP) status in recognition of their commitment to quality and safety

Curry Supply Co (Curryville, PA) and Bristol-Donald Co Inc (Newark, NJ) have achieved NTEA Member Verification Program (MVP) status in recognition of their commitment to quality and safety.

The following companies have successfully qualified to renew their MVP status as of April 1, 2010: Able Equipment Company (Casper, WY), Drake Equipment (Las Vegas, NV), Horton Emergency Vehicles Co (Grove City, OH), L-Z Truck Equipment Inc (St. Paul, MN), Sabre Equipment Inc (Corapolis, PA), Service Trucks International (Sioux Center, IA), and United Truck Bodies (Phoenix, AZ). MVP companies must re-verify every three years.

MVP recognizes distributors, manufacturers and upfitters for implementing quality business practices and for complying with specific government safety regulations. Criteria to meet the MVP standards can involve liability insurance, warranty programs, vehicle and employee certification, safety policies and quality assurance.

By qualifying for the MVP, members can gain an even higher industry designation by verifying their commitment to excellence. MVP companies attest that their firm operates at a defined level of professionalism through the use of quality-minded business practices.

Since the Program was launched in 2005, a total of 411 Distributor and Manufacturer members have qualified for MVP status.
