It didn’t take long for the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) to find a replacement for keynote speaker Rudy Giuliani, who canceled Friday because of his impending Presidential run.

The NTEA found someone who needs only a limo ride-Super Bowl MVP Peyton Manning of the Indianapolis Colts.

Manning, a two-time NFL Most Valuable Player and perennial Pro Bowl pick, will address attendees of the 43rd Annual NTEA Convention and The Work Truck Show 2007 on Thursday, March 8, at the Indiana Convention Center & RCA Dome. The Convention runs March 6-9 with the trade show open March 7-9.

Manning led the Indianapolis Colts to a 29-17 victory over the Chicago Bears in Super Bowl XLI on Feb. 4, 2007, and he earned the winning MVP honors in the championship contest.

Manning has proven time and again that he is a leader and a champion on and off the field. In 1999, he established The PeyBack Foundation to promote the future success of disadvantaged youth by assisting establishment programs that provide leadership and growth opportunities for at risk children. The PeyBack Foundation has ongoing relationships with numerous organizations in Indiana, Tennessee and Louisiana. Since its inception, the Foundation has distributed more than $1.5 million and has helped touch thousands of young people.
