NTDA convention promises to be a learning experience

Participants in the 16th annual National Trailer Dealers Association (NTDA) Convention, set for Oct 6-8, 2005, at the Siena Spa Hotel Casino in Reno NV, will have a chance to gain industry-specific knowledge.

The educational component begins October 7 with the general session presented by Anthony Galie, owner of Anthony Galie Seminars Inc of Melbourne Beach FL. In his presentation titled “Seeing is Believing,” he will show how to use the subconscious mind to develop positive outlooks, improve concentration, and achieve results.

Up to 12 NTDA Allied member companies are slated to present new product introductions October 7. Immediately after these introductions will be a luncheon with tabletop literature displays.

The next day, management consultant Ron Slee, president of R J Slee & Associates of Rancho Mirage CA, will deliver the Business Forum and keynote address, “Building a Parts and Service Customer Satisfaction Game Plan.”

Also featured October 8 is a series of facilitated discussion groups, offering a platform for sharing ideas and answers to common challenges.
