The newest vocational trucks, equipment, technology and components will debut at The Work Truck Show 2005 and 41st Annual National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) Convention at the Indiana Convention Center & RCA Dome in Indianapolis, IN, March 2–4. More than 40 companies already have announced plans to introduce nearly 60 new products at the show.

Products being launched at The Work Truck Show 2005 include truck chassis, truck bodies, cranes, hoists, snow removal equipment, software, locking systems, latches, lights, cylinders, generators, lift gates, storage boxes, brakes, transmissions and more. The Work Truck Show features North America’s largest gathering of Class 1–8 commercial trucks and equipment, enabling attendees to compare and spec’ custom chassis, bodies, accessories and components from 450 suppliers on a single show floor.

Many of the companies promoting new products at The Work Truck Show are participating in the show’s New Product Spotlight program. Through this program, exhibitors displaying new products are identified in the event directory and through signage at the show. A special section of NTEA.com is also dedicated to providing more information on these companies’ introductions. To bring up a list of all participating exhibitors, visit www.ntea.com, click on The Work Truck Show logo, then click “exhibitors,” followed by “New Products.” From here, you can select any listed exhibitor’s booth number to display a photo and description of the product being introduced, company contact information and a listing of the company’s products and services.

“The three main elements that draw thousands of people from a range of businesses to The Work Truck Show every year are new products, education and networking opportunities,” explains Mike Frizzell, NTEA Convention chairman and president of Royal Truck Body – River City (Sacramento, CA). “While nearly 10% of our exhibitors to date have shared with us their plans to display new products at the event, experience tells us that most of our 450 exhibitors will have something new to demonstrate for attendees in Indianapolis this year.”

Attendees are invited to vote for what they consider to be the most innovative new product introduced at the show through the New Product Spotlight program. Ballots for the New Product Innovation Award will be distributed with name badge holders at the show.
