Research firm Kinetic Information honored Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America Inc (MFTA) as a leader in e-business at the eSolutions World Conference and Expo in Chicago IL recently. Kinetic Information awarded Mitsubishi Fuso with a Process Innovation Award for its extranet portal solution, FusoNet.
Judged by an independent panel of industry analysts, the award recognizes Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America as a leading e-business innovator in the manufacturing industry.
Mitsubishi Fuso's extranet portal, FusoNet, delivers sales and service support to more than 150 dealerships across North America, providing them with technical publications, parts catalogs, vehicle inventories, warranty claims, inspection data, and other documentation. FusoNet was selected for the award based on process improvements that lead to gains in productivity, profitability, market share, and ability to adapt to market conditions.
