The board of directors of Clement Industries has elected Gregory Hicks president and chief operating officer. He succeeds his father, W Glen Hicks, as president. The elder Hicks will remain chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer. His son served as general manager since 1984.

Cliff McWilliams has joined Reading Body Works Inc as zone manager for the lower Midwest region. He was previously employed as vice-president of sales and operations for Scherer Truck Equipment in Riverside MO.

Volvo Trucks North America Inc has appointed David Mayoras vice-president-industry relations, transport services, and powertrain development. Mayoras most recently was senior vice-president in charge of heavy-truck, bus, and coach sales for Detroit Diesel Corp.

Collins Industries has named Philip Mulvey president of Collins Bus Corp and Mid Bus Inc. Previously, Mulvey served as general manager of CNH Global in Grand Island NE.

Ferrara Fire Apparatus Inc announced that Jeffrey A Bean will return to the firm as executive vice-president. Most recently, he served as director of advertising for Firehouse Magazine.

Maintainer Corp of Iowa Inc has appointed Matt Cloutier as Central Region manager responsible for product sales in Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, the Dakotas, and western Illinois, as well as dealer development in the region.

Harbor Truck Bodies Inc has named Allen Deckard plant manager for Harbor Truck Bodies II, a wholly owned subsidiary near Sacramento CA. Deckard previously served with Raychem Corp and Pirelli Tires.

Reitnouer Inc has named Mark Kutsko national sales manager. Kutsko is a 30-year veteran of the transportation industry.
